To reset your Regzen account:
- Visit the Troubleshooting page
- Tap the “Reset” button. If you’re not logged in to your account, you’ll be prompted to either scan the QR code or enter your account email address
- You’ll get an Email with further instructions on how to proceed
NOTE: The Email will be sent to your Security Email account.
To be able to reset your account, first you need to have your Security Email set.
To set your Security Email:
- Open the mobile app and go to Settings > Account > Security Email
- Enter your Security Email address
- Verify your email account
